Friends and Family Test Report - October 2017

Friends and Family Test (FFT)

Background and Purpose

The FFT is a feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS Services  should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience at the surgery so that it can be used to improve services.

The introduction of the FFT across all the NHS services is an integral part of Putting Patients First, the NHS England Business Plan for 2013/14 – 2014/15. The results will be published each month on the NHS Choices website.

The results of the FFT will be published so that patients and members of the public can see how their local services are viewed by those who have used them. This can be viewed

All patient feedback and practice information remains confidential and will not be shared or made public without your permission.
